Strange Flavors is a progressive/psychedelic  rock band that formed in late 2015 out of Ypsilanti, MI before moving closer to Detroit in 2018. With their energetic stage antics, big sound, and over the top performances they quickly made a name for themselves. Floating through driving rhythms, groovy bass lines, nuanced song structures, and crushing vocals the group exudes a flow all their own. Brutal, yet soulful and cerebral. Whether the venue is a dark stage, sunny forest, or burning field, Strange Flavors has the ability to make you laugh, dance, and move.

The band has two releases under their belt. The first being their debut LP "Building Blocks" and the second being their EP "Rubber Brains". They are currently at work on another album with no set release date. Outside of studio work Strange Flavors has garnered a loyal audience in southeast Michigan, participated in festivals in both Michigan and Ohio, set up their own tour ranging from Detroit to Brooklyn, and continues to help grow their local scene by arranging shows with equally talented acts.
